Product Description

Titan is a high tenacity (HT) continuous filament (CF) lubricated polyester thread having excellent breaking strength, elongation, durability, optimum stretch and low friction lubrication which reduces the effects of needle heat and abrasion; resulting in attractive and fine seams on applications like: mattress quilting, tape edging, soft luggage, leather footwear and leather goods.

Titan is an excellent sewing thread and can be easily used in multiple applications becasue of its good abrasion resistance, excellent loop formation and consistent stitch formation which results in a neat and clean seam.

The benefits of Titan over ordinary staple spun polyester threads include enhanced strength, increased elongation, improved sewing performance and higher abrasion resistance.
